The WEINIG UniControl 10 is a window manufacturing machine with a high degree of flexibility. This angular machining centre was manufactured by WEINIG AG, which offers a wige product range from small individual machines to highly complex production lines . Specializing in window and door production centers, the German manufacturer produces the UniControl 10 for the efficient production of wooden windows, doors and other elements.
Individually designed windows, special dimensions and smallest batches with the WEINIG UniControl 10.
The WEINIG UniControl 10 angular window machining centre is equipped with radial and axial axis controlled CNC spindles of high value with continuous axial adjustment. With the WEINIG Unicontrol 10, different table positions are possible, which is particularly useful for the manufacture of angled windows. The window machining center offers the possibility to have a frame-by-frame production of one-off parts. You can also benefit from the use of tools in the tenon and mortise sectors by using the vario table. A buffer line between the crosswise and longitudinal processes offers a high machine capacity, and thus higher profitability. Furthermore, the entire production sequence requires only one operator.
The WEINIG UniControl 10 window manufacturing machine features :
- A cut-to-length saw with a maximum sawblade diameter of 350 mm and a speed of 2800 r/min;
- A tap and tenoning spindle with 4 positions and a spindle diameter of 50 mm and a speed of 3500 r/min;
- A profiling spindle with 4 positions for timber up to 58 mm thickness, a spindle diameter of 50 mm and a speed of 6000 r/min;
- A grooving spindle with a spindle diameter of 40 mm and a speed of 6000 r/min.
Please note that additional slotting, grooving and profiling spindles are sometimes available according to the machine of the version.
