On request, the system can be completely overhauled. Condition after overhaul: Very good Guarantee: 6 months The line is in a very good condition and ready for immediate use after the overhaul. Inspection and test run are possible after arrangement. Declaration of overhauled process equipment: cleaned, completely tested, wear parts replaced, defective parts renewed, new tapes (if possible), newly painted, reconfiguration of the electrics. The machines are reassembled after the overhaul process and tested under real working conditions. Refurbished machines are delivered with a warranty of 6 months.

Extendable spiral kneader KEMPER, type: SP125 A - Overhauled - for 125 kg of flour / 200 kg of dough - incl. 2 boilers - head lowered automatically - locking of the boiler by foot lever The machine is overtaken by customer order. The pictures show still the machine in the bakery state. Inspection and test run are possible.
Blommer 7,500 lb capacity, vertical, carbon steel, low pressure water jacketed, chocolate melting and mixing vessel. Inner chamber dimmensions: 72" ID x 48" straight wall. Equipped with flat top, dual flip top covers and bridge mounted sweep agitation, 5 Hp drive, with safety guarding and 4" OD shaft with side scrape paddles. Full low pressure water jacket rated to 5psi with interior baffles to direct the water flow through out the jacket, to a circulation heater and back to jacket (4) 2" OD side and (2) 1-1/2" OD bottom threaded jacket in / outlets and Watlow side mounted water heater circulation system. Dish bottom has 5-1/2" OD threaded center bottom discharge with 12" floor clearance, temp probe and mounted on (4) legs.

Equipped with 16" OD x 25" deep receiving hopper with a pneumatic dump valve, 48" long dispersing auger to evenly cover 58" wide rotary deposit bottom. Equipped with enclosed top, 24" x 24" man way with hinged flip up cover, paddle style mixer with 4½" OD shaft driven by 15 Hp motor drive, low pressure water jacket, 24 Kw circulation heater, 3" NPT bottom end discharge with 3" discharge height without leg extentions and 15" discharge height with extentions. Includes shut off disconnects for agitation, heater and jacket pump.

Univex Model SRM20, 20 quart table top mixer with number of batches per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with (2) piece, stainless steel removable swing ring safety guard, hand crank bowl height adjustment, stainless steel bowl, can utilize beater, wire whip or dough hook mixer attachments and variable 4 speed transmission that enables the operator to change speeds without having to first stop the mixer. Mounted on stainless steel table with lockable casters.
Stein, Model Heritage, automatic stainless steel breading applicator. Capable of running flour and fine granular free flow coating materials with number of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with a 36" wide x 36" long product in feed conveyor belt with 27" wide top applicator and bottom breading reservoir to cover belt and fully coat product, 30" wide x 35" long stainless steel wire product discharge belt with hooded blow off for excess breading removal. Coating material is transferred from filling station to top applicator by a 7½" diameter x 65" long stainless steel screw conveyor and further transferred to bottom station with a 3" diameter x 28" long stainless screw conveyor. Unused breading from conveyor belt is returned to the filling station by a 6½" diameter x 50" long stainless steel screw conveyor. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with casters.

Meinke Mdel 200, 4 zone, natural gas impingement oven. Design temperature to 650 degree F. Bake time from 0.5 to 5 minutes. Oven length of 92′. Conveyor length of 111′. Band working width of 48". Band to top 4.1". Humid air extraction rate 700 cfm per zone. Interior materials of construction are Corten steel. Exterior panels are polished stainless steel. High carbon steel wire mesh belt and Allen Bradley plc with Panel view 1200 display. Never used in production.
Stein, Model APB Overflow, batter applicator. For use with conventional pumpable batters. Products per minute – dependant on materials and application. Equipped with a 34" wide x 92" long stainless steel wire belt powered by a 2 hp drive with variable speed control, 34" wide batter quad curtain to coat top and sides of product, lowered belt section to coat bottom of product, 5 hp batter pump and 2 hp blower for removal of excess batter. Includes on/off switches for pump and blower and push button start/stop control for conveyor. Mounted on a stainless steel base with casters.

Equipped with 4-speed adjustable clutch, start / stop, speed, and timer controls, with hydraulic bowl lift, beater bar aggitation, and 60 quart stainless steel bowl with caster cart. Tall column design cuts down bowl changing time, and eliminates extra clean up and can be used with 40, 60, 80 or 140 quart bowls with proper change parts.

Total uniform coverage of the product is achieved by the use of (3) 8" OD spinning disks (2) above (1) below with dual back to back 17" long x (9) 3/16" wide eagle belts feed conveyors, 12" ID x 8" Deep stainless steel solution filtering system with strainer, removable cover and level detector, prevents solids from reaching feed pump that could clog and effect coverage of the product. Cherry Burrell 018 all stainless steel sanitary pump for metering solutions to spinners. Control panel with start e-stop, level indictor on/off switch, pump and spin controls with conveyor FPM, pump GPM digital read outs.
